We want you to love your mug. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it quickly and fairly.

Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

- Items must be unused and in their original condition  
- Customers are responsible for return postage  
- Once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

To start a return, just contact us and we’ll guide you through the steps.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your mug arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it **free of charge.

Please send us:

- Your order number  
- A photo of the issue  

We’ll get a replacement on the way as soon as possible.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow a few days for your bank to process the refund after we’ve issued it.
